ABOUT US

The Corporation comes into existence in the year 1969 in unified Bihar. In the year 2001, after bifurcation of the State, it was undertaken by the Govt. of Jharkhand (vide its notification No. 94, dated 17.01.2001) with the revised nomenclature “Jharkhand State Tribal Cooperative Development Corporation Ltd. (झारखंड राज्य आदिवासी सहकारी विकास निगम लिमिटेड)” registered under the Bihar and Orissa Co-operative Societies Act. 1935. Its registered office is at Ranchi, which is headed by the Managing Director

The corporation is functional in the State focusing on the upliftment of tribal youth by providing them means of self-employment. The corporation is having its head office at Ranchi and is having branch offices in the five divisional headquarters of the State namely, Ranchi, Hazaribag, Daltonganj, Chaibasa and Dumka. These branch offices are headed by the Executive Officer.
